Smith Robinson arranges all major classes of general insurance for a wide range of commercial, industrial and contracting enterprises. Risk Assessment / Management

We will visit client's premises to identify potential areas of risk. This will include issues surrounding Health & Safety, Security, Fire Prevention and Motor Fleet Claims Reduction. The resultant Risk Management programme enables more beneficial insurance terms to be negotiated as well as protecting the client from risks which may be outside the scope of insurance solutions.

Claims Handling

From the first notification, through every stage of the claim, Smith Robinson will minimises the workload for our clients. By partnering a client through a crisis, and ensuring that the claim is settled in the shortest possible time, the impact on our clients business is significantly reduced.

VIP Service

Although Smith Robinson is first and foremost a commercial insurance broker, the firm's expertise is put at the disposal of Owners, Managers and Senior Personnel to satisfy their personal insurance requirements.
